Ranchwise platform terms
Effective September 30, 2026 · Version 2026-09-30-annual-1
Ranchwise is operated by Elevation. These terms cover your Ranchwise workspace and subscription. Contact [email protected] or write to Elevation, 65 N 300 E, Malad City, ID 83252 for billing, account or service questions.
Your account and records
You must be an adult authorized to manage the subscribing ranch or business. Provide accurate account details, keep your password and recovery codes private, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for people and AI connections you authorize to use your records.
You retain ownership of your uploaded records, documents, photos and other content. You authorize us to store, process, back up and display that content as needed to deliver the service and your chosen public website. You must have permission to upload or publish it. Our privacy policy explains information use, service providers and access or deletion requests.
Plans and prices
Ranch Essentials is $30 per month with no setup fee. It includes accounting, receipts, herd records, the Red Book, hay and feed, markets, planning and calculators. Full Suite includes those tools plus a public ranch website and storefront for $50 per month and a one-time $500 website setup fee. Full Suite’s first monthly payment is $550. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront with a 5% discount: Ranch Essentials is $342 per year (saving $18), and Full Suite is $570 per year (saving $30). The $500 setup fee is not discounted by annual billing; Full Suite’s first annual payment is $1,070, then $570 per year. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax or additional approved charge must be disclosed before payment.
Website setup includes configuring the ranch website, initial catalog, hosting, an included Ranchwise address and owner handoff. A shareable address such as ranchwise.app/your-ranch opens the ranch’s dedicated website. Website completion depends on the information and content the owner provides; timing is agreed during setup.
Custom domains are optional and cost extra. Registration, yearly renewal and any additional services are quoted and confirmed before purchase. Prices vary by name and extension and can change at renewal. No domain is purchased automatically through subscription checkout. Ranch storefront payment processing is separate from your Ranchwise subscription; payment-provider fees for your own sales are not included in these plan prices.
Payments and activation
Onboarding shows the methods currently available. Methods awaiting configuration appear under Other payment methods. Card subscriptions are available only when enabled; a card subscription renews at its selected monthly or annual frequency until canceled through the billing portal or with support. Cash by mail, Venmo and Goldback payments are manually verified. Monero and Crypto invoices marked for automatic verification are checked against receiving-wallet records; other Monero requests require manual verification. None of these non-card methods charges or renews automatically.
When available, an automatic Monero or Crypto invoice applies a 3% discount to its displayed U.S. dollar charge, after any annual subscription discount, and fixes an exact XMR amount for 3,600 seconds (one hour). The invoice shows the exchange-rate source and time, a unique Monero mainnet receiving address, and the amount due. Your sending wallet’s network fee is separate. Activation requires server verification of the full quoted amount with at least one blockchain confirmation. A transaction ID or payment report is not proof of receipt. If rate or wallet information is unavailable or stale, an automatic quote may be unavailable.
Crypto checkout uses Trocador AnonPay to convert a supported coin to Monero for the invoice’s receiving address. Available coins, minimums, exchange and network fees are shown by the provider before payment. The provider’s terms apply. The full XMR payout must reach this invoice within its displayed quote period and receive one blockchain confirmation. Start promptly and allow time for the exchange and blockchain. A completed provider page, redirect or claimed transfer does not itself confirm payment; Ranchwise checks wallet receipts.
Partial payments do not activate service. Within an unexpired quote, the invoice shows the remaining amount after detected payments; wait if your wallet already shows a pending payment. Do not send more after expiry. Contact [email protected] about expired, late, underpaid or excess payments. Late or closed-invoice receipts require support review; excess amounts do not automatically buy additional service. Existing manual quotes retain their displayed terms and do not gain an automatic discount retroactively.
Follow the recipient, payment reference and instructions displayed with your request. Monero and Goldbacks require an explicit amount and expiration before you send payment; request a new quote if it has expired. Reporting that you sent a payment does not confirm receipt or activate your workspace. Do not send private wallet keys or card details to support.
Each confirmed payment covers its selected term: one calendar month or 12 calendar months. The first Full Suite payment also covers setup. A new workspace’s first paid term begins when it is created. Annual prices are billed in full, not in monthly installments; any displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison. Early manual renewals extend the existing paid period; late renewals start from confirmation. If a subscription needs attention, normal ranch editing is restricted while record viewing and export remain available, subject to security or legal restrictions.
Cancellation, refunds and account closure
To stop a manual subscription, do not submit another renewal payment. To stop an automatic card renewal when available, use the billing portal before the next renewal or contact support. Stopping renewal does not delete your records. Contact support separately to request account closure, a plan change or help exporting data.
For a payment correction or refund request, email [email protected] with your account email, payment reference and a description of the issue. We review requests case by case, including any website setup work already completed. Requesting a refund or closing an unpaid payment request does not itself issue a refund. Any approved amount and return method will be confirmed with you; rights required by applicable law are unaffected.
Your public ranch website
The ranch is the seller of its beef, livestock, hay and other offerings. The owner is responsible for accurate listings, lawful sales, applicable permits, processing and food-safety requirements, taxes, fulfillment and published purchase policies. A beef deposit is part of the ranch’s sale, not a Ranchwise subscription payment. Customers should use the ranch’s contact and purchase-information pages for order questions and refunds.
Using the tools responsibly
Ranchwise helps organize records and evaluate scenarios. Check imported transactions, receipt recognition, opening balances, calculations and reports before relying on them. Market observations may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Forecasts and calculators depend on the data and assumptions entered and are not guarantees of future prices, yields or profit. The service does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, investment or veterinary advice.
The public demo uses fictional ranch records and illustrative images; sourced market data is labeled separately. Do not enter real customer, financial or personal records in the demo. Do not use Ranchwise for fraud, unlawful sales, malicious content, unauthorized access, attempts to access another ranch’s data or activity that disrupts the service.
Availability and changes
We maintain the service and recovery backups, but uninterrupted access and error-free results are not guaranteed. Maintain exports of essential records. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, nonpayment or a security incident, and will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when reasonably possible. Third-party payment, domain, market-data and AI services have their own terms and availability.
We will identify material changes to these terms or subscription prices in the app or by email before they apply to a future renewal. Changes are not applied retroactively to a completed payment. This page carries the effective date and version; new signups record the version accepted. Contact support if you do not wish to renew under updated terms.
