Privacy and your records

Elevation operates Ranchwise. This policy covers the platform, ranch workspaces and websites hosted through Ranchwise. Contact [email protected] or Elevation, 65 N 300 E, Malad City, ID 83252 for privacy, account or data requests. A ranch controls how it uses its own customers’ information; contact that ranch about its orders and business practices.

Information we collect and why

Account setup collects your email, a securely hashed password, ranch profile, chosen plan and terms acknowledgment. The workspace stores the records you enter or import, including herd and Red Book entries, hay and feed inventory, tasks, financial transactions, uploaded receipts, documents and photos. We use these to provide your workspace, reports, planning tools and requested exports.

Inquiry and reservation forms collect the name, email, optional phone, message and order details a customer provides. The ranch uses them to answer inquiries and manage sales. Content you publish in a public ranch website or listing is visible to its visitors. Do not include bank account numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in public listings or inquiry messages.

Subscription records include your plan, payment references, payment status, manual-payment notes and any quoted amount. Automatic Monero invoice records also associate a unique receiving address, transaction identifiers, detected amounts, confirmation counts, exchange-rate source and time, and receipt timestamps with the subscribing account. These records support payment verification, duplicate-credit prevention and billing support. Support messages and technical or security logs help us answer requests, prevent abuse, investigate problems and maintain the service. Logs may include request times, network identifiers and account activity. We do not sell personal information or use ranch records for advertising.

For automatic Monero invoices, Ranchwise obtains a public XMR/USD exchange rate from CoinGecko without sending the provider your account identity, invoice address or ranch records. A receive-only wallet and a Monero network node provide receipt and synchronization information. We generate invoice QR codes within Ranchwise rather than sending invoice details to an external QR service. Your own wallet or exchange processes the payment you initiate under its own terms. Never send Ranchwise a wallet seed, private key or spending password.

If you choose Crypto and open Trocador AnonPay, the checkout link sends Trocador your invoice-specific Monero receiving address, exact amount and payment reference. It does not contain your account email or ranch records. Trocador and your selected exchange receive the payment and network information you provide to them under their own terms and privacy policies. Ranchwise verifies the resulting payout through its receiving wallet; a provider redirect alone does not activate service.

Who can access records

Each ranch uses a separate database and document directory. Authorized ranch accounts can access their own workspace and exports. Service administrators can access stored information when needed for operation, recovery, support or security. The platform’s partner and investor reporting view exposes platform business totals, not customer ranch books or payment credentials.

Service providers process information needed to supply their functions, and we may disclose information when required by law or to investigate abuse and protect the service. Ranch records are not public simply because a ranch has a public website.

Payments, email and connected services

When card checkout is enabled, Stripe hosts payment entry and receives the payment information you submit. Ranchwise stores billing references and status, not full card numbers or security codes. Manual payments are handled by the selected provider or delivery method; Ranchwise stores the payment reference and information you report for verification. Your own ranch storefront payment account is separate from Ranchwise subscription billing. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare provides network protection, Turnstile bot checks and support-email routing. Turnstile processes browser and network signals on protected forms. Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded through Cloudflare to the operator’s support inbox. Include only what we need to resolve your request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

AI connections are optional. An owner can create a time-limited, read-only agent token with financial or operational scopes. Anyone holding that token can read the authorized data until the token expires or is revoked. If you give it to an AI provider, that provider receives the data it retrieves under its own terms and privacy policy. Revoking access stops future requests; it does not remove copies already received by that provider. Ranchwise does not automatically send your private records to an AI provider.

Public market feeds supply cattle, hay and diesel observations. Fetching these feeds does not send your ranch financial records to the data providers. Google Fonts receives network information to deliver the site’s font files; see Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies, devices and documents

Necessary cookies maintain sign-in, onboarding and demo sessions. The app does not use advertising cookies. Receipt text recognition runs in your browser; a receipt you choose to upload is stored with your ranch’s private documents. Private server records are not placed in the offline page cache.

Field notes you explicitly save offline remain on that device until synced or removed. Take care on shared devices and remove offline drafts you no longer need. Exported files are separate copies under your control. Sign out when you finish on a shared device.

Retention, access and deletion

We retain account and ranch records to provide the service and maintain billing, support and recovery history. Stopping a subscription does not automatically delete the account. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, outstanding transactions, legal obligations and recovery needs; there is no automatic fixed deletion schedule.

You can view and export records through your workspace. For access, correction, deletion or closure, contact [email protected] from your account email and identify the ranch and request. We may need to verify your authority. We will explain any records that must be retained, such as unresolved payment or order records. Customers of a ranch should first contact that ranch; we can help route service-related requests.

Encrypted recovery backups are kept separately from active records. They may retain prior copies after an active-record change or deletion until those backups are retired. A deletion request includes review of retained copies and recovery handling; we do not promise immediate erasure from every backup. Password hashing, restricted access and encrypted integration secrets and backups reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Demo, imagery and audience

Juniper Creek Ranch is fictional. Demo access and practice records expire after two hours; expired data may remain in storage or backups until cleanup. Real payment and external account connections are disabled in the practice ranch. Use fictional information only. Demo animal photos are AI-generated illustrations; other illustrative photos use credited stock photography.

The service is intended for adults managing ranch businesses, not for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will date material changes to this policy and notify affected account holders in the app or by email before materially changing how their private records are used.
